Our Fees

Pre-Purchase Building Inspection Report - $400.00 (plus gst).

The report includes the results of tests involving use of a moisture meter and light meter and the results of indoor air temperature readings.

Assessment Report of a rural water supply and on site sewage disposal system (septic tank) - $250.00 (plus gst).

Charges for field sample testing that involves laboratory analysis are additional.

For other reports that are specific to building and environmental issues our charges are advised at the time we receive the brief from the client.
